Drone for Landmine Detection Using GPS
I and Deniz Karakay made a drone in order to help soldiers while detecting mines. It has GPS sensor and metal detector to find the coordinates of mines, then send all data including real time camera and coordinates to the host in a protected way. It can be used in dangerous areas to detect mines. This project has been rewarded in Technological and Design category in TÜBİTAK that is the most respected and accepted institution for Science and Technology in Turkey.
